Once you had a call with us, where we understand use cases you marketing need, we will open an Inspekly Account for you so you can login on Inspekly Portal and Inspekly ARGO App with an active license.

Do you offer support on content creation?

Yes. A separated quotation will be provided based on your requirement.

Do visitors need to install any app?

Yes. To provide the most realiable AR/XR experience to customers of all kind, customers will need to install [AR]GO, a free app on App Store and Google Play Store to dive into the immersive experience.

How much does it cost to setup my space for AR/XR?

Adopting AR/XR features require Room Scanning, 3D Mapping and Setup services. We will provide you a quotation bas on the scale & floor levels of your facility.

How to pay for Inspekly License?

We will send you a business invoice for your business/organisation along with an online payment link, where you can fill in your payment method information. Your payment method will be charged automatically every month/year throughout your subscription period.

Do you offer discounts on annual plans?

Yes. Please get in touch for the latest offer.

Do we need any physical setup at the event location?

[AR]GO doesn't require any sensors or specific hardware to achieve the XR experience. However visitors will need internet connection to download the necessary web content to their device.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription with us anytime. Your data will be kept for one year with us until you subscribe with us again.
