東南アジアにおける国境を越えたイノベーション、プロップテックのコラボレーション、そして施設管理の未来を探る
From August 4–6, 2025, Inspekly was proud to be part of the InvestHK-led delegation of 16 dynamic Hong Kong start-ups attending the Techsauce Global Summit 2025 in Bangkok. The event brought together thousands of innovators, investors, corporates, and government leaders from across Asia Pacific, making it Southeast Asia’s premier stage for technology and entrepreneurship.
Why Techsauce Matters
Techsauce Global Summit has grown into one of the most influential tech events in the region, with a clear mission to position Thailand as the Digital Gateway of Southeast Asia. For start-ups like Inspekly, this creates fertile ground for partnerships, market entry, and collaboration in fast-growing sectors such as proptech, fintech, smart cities, and digital transformation.
For Inspekly, whose Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and CMMS platform is already driving transformation across heavy industries, property developers, and global franchises, the summit was a chance to showcase how digital twins, AR/XR, and mobile work apps are redefining the future of facility and property operations.

Connecting with Thailand’s Leading Developers
As part of the business mission, the delegation visited four leading Thai corporates and venture capital firms:
- Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited
- ECG Ventures
- All Seasons Property
- Asset World Corporation
These meetings opened doors for in-depth discussions on how technology can enhance real estate operations, boost sustainability, and improve tenant and guest experiences. For Inspekly, this was especially valuable given our proven track record in partnering with property developers like Sun Hung Kai Properties (ICC Hong Kong, IGC Guangzhou)そして New Town Plaza Shatin, where our solutions have already delivered measurable ROI in operational efficiency and sustainability.
“The mission to Bangkok, hosted by InvestHK, was a valuable stepping stone into a new market. It gave us the rare opportunity to connect directly with leading real estate developers in Bangkok — an experience many businesses aspire to. We’re grateful for the exposure and meaningful connections made possible through this mission.”
— Steven Cheng, Co-Founder & COO, Inspekly

What Inspekly Brings to the Region
With Southeast Asia’s property and hospitality industries growing rapidly, operators face challenges in sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance. Inspekly addresses these with:
- Digital Twin EAM & CMMS – centralizing asset data and enabling predictive and preventive maintenance.
- モバイルワークアプリ – empowering teams to manage inspections, job orders, and reporting in real time.
- AR/XR Tools – enhancing onboarding, safety training, and on-site navigation for maintenance staff.
The outcome? Reduced downtime, improved compliance, greater sustainability, and stronger brand positioning — all key drivers for developers and operators seeking long-term value from their assets.
Hong Kong as a Launchpad
The mission also underscored the strength of Hong Kong’s start-up ecosystem. With its open business environment, global funding access, and proximity to the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong continues to serve as both a springboard for regional expansion and a gateway for inbound innovation.
For Inspekly, this trip to Bangkok marks an important milestone in extending our footprint in Southeast Asia. By collaborating with developers and corporates in Thailand, we aim to bring our award-winning facility management solutions to a market that is hungry for innovation, accountability, and sustainability.
Looking Ahead
The Techsauce Global Summit 2025 was more than just an event — it was a launchpad for new partnerships and market opportunities. As Inspekly continues to scale, we look forward to deepening our role in Southeast Asia’s innovation ecosystem, bringing smarter, more sustainable operations to property and facility management.
