International Commerce Centre (ICC) has won the champion of “Asia Pacific Best Facility Management Technology Award”.
Kai Shing has been striving to incorporate advanced technology into properties under its management, in which ICC is one of the successful cases. To increase the efficiency and flexibility of operation, ICC team has adopted Augmented Reality Maintenance Management (ARMM) into its operation by using 3D scanning technology to render a high accuracy 3D model with internal and external structures, so that the team can monitor and operate facilities virtually via an ARMM interface at all times. Besides, the new technology can also help our security officers to formulate a precise patrol routes, to strengthen the accuracy and safety of patrolling. The enhancement would help increase the overall quality of property management, while simultaneously create a safer and comfortable environment for customers.
Kai Shing is honoured to have won a number of awards in “IFMA Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence 2022-23”. Thanks to the organiser for giving their support and recognition to Kai Shing all along, the awards are the results representing collaborative efforts of our colleagues which have given a great encouragement to the team. We shall continue to work together with our stakeholders to provide better property management services, to lead and set higher standards for the industry across Asia Pacific!
