After purchasing your Inspekly license, log in to your admin account and set up your Data Portal by adding your business details and asset information. Create manager and technician accounts for your team.

Step 2: Download the Free App

Instruct your technicians to install the Inspekly ARMM app on their iOS or Android devices. They can log in using the email and password you provided or by scanning a login QR code.

Step 3: Create Work Orders

In the app, your team can submit new work orders by simply taking a photo and providing a description. They can also scan QR asset tags to file work orders or complete maintenance checklists.

Step 4: Assign and Follow Up

Work orders will appear on your Data Portal, where you can review, assign, and track them. Set up notification preferences to receive email updates on the status of work orders.
